Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I was in Cleveland for an afternoon and had a catastrophic tire failure late in the day as I was attempting to return to Toledo. I stopped at 2 tire shops who had no interest in helping me. Fortunately, I next stopped at Mr Tire. Lance greeted me in a pleasant and professional manner, was a supportive in getting involved, and immediately got tires on order.

Very disappointed with the service I received. The communication was poor, important issues were not properly explained, and I ended up having to deal with additional problems afterward. I expected better professionalism and accountability from a shop handling something as important as vehicle safety. I would not recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Mr. Tire. I got a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y and ended up needing all new tires, which could have been a stressful situation, but they made the whole process so easy. They were able to get my tires ordered and installed the same day, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, professional, and helpful from start to finish. It was such a relief to have everything taken care of so efficiently, especially with a flat tire. I would definitely recommend Mr. Tire to anyone who needs tire service. They were reliable, fast, and made a frustrating day so much easier.

I was a walk-in customer, they listened to my problem, assessed it, made sure to apply the current warranty, and had me out the door super fast. Good A/C in the waiting room too!

Great experience. They helped me get my car in as soon as possible and offered very affordable options to repair / replace my tires. Even when I dropped off the car, they were reassuring that my options were the best for my situation. There was no sales man ships pushing for up sales or anything. I got what I needed and was on my way in a jiffy. Highly recommended.
